Half of a great product, or a half-great product?

One of the things small entrepreneurs lack is time. Another is money or cash flow. And most commonly, small entrepreneurs are short on both time and money.

What this lethal combination leads to is a desire for speed when launching a new product or service. The unfortunate result is that your new offering may not perform to its full potential if it’s rushed.

Suppose you envision that your new idea needs ten steps to create a kick-ass result. If you hurry through all ten steps, your result may be less than optimal. But could you create something extraordinary if you took your time through the first five parts of your process?

Consider whether you can create half of a great product. It’s almost always better then pushing a half-great product out the door.
