What do you do well?

Did you ever watch one of those “save my restaurant” reality shows on TV? What is the first thing that the consultant/host/reality star urges the restaurant owner to do? Take the menu that consists of 56 items, and slash it to the 12 to 15 things that the restauranteur does well. In other words, cut back the offerings to those which are efficient and profitable.

The bottom line here is that the entrepreneur needs to focus on the 80% of revenues which come from 20% of her time. In other words, what services or products are you truly efficient at providing? Instead of having a potpourri of things to offer, can you find more clients for the things which you make or do well?
